Privacy policy
Traductions Europe processes the personal data you provide for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry, quote the work and deliver the translation service. This policy describes what this site actually does, without general formulas.
What data we collect
When you complete the contact form we collect your name, a means of contact (email address or telephone), the type of document you need translated, the language combination, the procedure you intend to use it for if you choose to state it, and the message you write. If you prefer the WhatsApp route, that same information travels in the message you send from your own application.
We do not collect any data automatically. This site uses no tracking cookies, incorporates no third-party advertising or analytics tools, and shares no information with social networks.
The documents you send us
Documents received for translation are treated as confidential material. They are not published, not disclosed to third parties outside the engagement, and not used for any purpose other than the requested translation. The translators involved are bound by the duty of confidentiality inherent to their authorization.
Where your data is held
Enquiries received are recorded in a private spreadsheet hosted on Google services, accessible only by Traductions Europe. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Both providers act as service providers and may store information on servers located outside Panama.
For how long
We keep enquiries for as long as they are needed to assist you and, thereafter, for the period required by applicable commercial and tax legislation. Original documents are returned or deleted once the engagement is completed, unless you ask us to keep them.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or withdraw any consent you have given us. Simply write to the contact address shown on this site. We will address your request within the period set by the applicable rules.
Governing law
Data processing is governed by Law 81 of 2019 of the Republic of Panama on the protection of personal data, and its implementing regulations.
